Christmas Kit is a counted cross stitch kit with charms from Le Bonheur des Dames which contains 14 count Aida fabric, stranded cotton, two miniature copper pans, a little wooden rolling pin and a tiny wicker kitchen basket, needle, chart and easy to follow instructions.
After 10 years as a stylist for fashion designer Daniel Hechter, Cecile Vessiere opened her first needlecraft shop in Paris in 1979. Called Le Bonheur des dames (the ladies pleasure) it was followed by two more shops in France. Today her work is widely collected and Cecile draws her inspiration for her designs from across Europe.
