Himalayan Blue Poppy is a counted cross stitch chart from The Silver Lining for cross stitchers who prefer to use their own fabric and threads. A lovely cross stitch design by Marc I Saastad, with a stitch count of 201 x 204. A good choice of fabric would be either 32 count Antique White Belfast Linen or 16 count Aida fabric, and a colour key for either DMC or Anchor stranded cotton is included. Marc describes how this design came to be: "When visiting Mrs Randi Kopstad (a friend I used to work with about 40 years ago in Norway) I found these wonderful bright and colorful poppies growing in her front yard. I couldn't resist them and they are now the first in a large collection of poppies."
