Over the Rainbow from Passione Ricamo is a counted cross stitch chart for stitchers who prefer to use their own fabric and thread. From the age of 6, Laura Lattuada's favourite pastime has been (and still is) drawing. Her skill as an artist led her to become a web and graphic designer. After meeting a cross stitcher, she fell in love with the artform. Inspired by some of the great romantic cross stitch designers of our time, she has established a design style very much her own, which we are sure you will want to stitch.
Laura says "...This spirit...is the goddess Iris, a winged goddess, the messenger of peace between mankind and everyone or everything else we imagine could be 'over the rainbow', that charming and peaceful place recalling quietness...I invite you to stitch this sparkling winged Spirit, feeling all her grace and charm, making your soul fly high in the sky between soft clouds and enchanted cross stitches". This design has a stitch count of 272 x 181 and Laura suggests that you stitch it on a hand dyed fabric (Daybreak by Polstitches).
