Delivery in the UK
We usually despatch orders within 24 hours of receiving them. They are securely packed and sent by first class post. We have a standard postage and packing charge of £1.95 per order for orders up to £50. For orders over £50 postage and packing is free.
We carry a large stock and can usually fulfil your order immediately. However, on occasions when high demand leaves us out of stock of a particular item we will despatch your order as soon as the outstanding item(s) are back in stock. For higher value orders, we may (at our discretion) despatch the items we have in stock earlier.
Overseas Orders
We welcome orders from overseas. We usually ship orders the same day we receive them but to allow for occasional out of stock or international postage delays customers should allow 14 days for their order to arrive. The minimum postage and packing charge is £2.50 per order up to 500 grammes in Europe and 280 grammes for the rest of the world. Above these weights postage is based on the weight of the items being sent. The Postage charge appears at the checkout before
you pay for your goods.
VAT (Sales Tax)
VAT is a UK Sales tax that has to be charged to customers resident in the European Union. All prices on our website include VAT at 17.5%, where applicable.
Customers resident outside the European Union: VAT (Sales Tax) is not charged if you are a customer resident outside of the European Union. Although the VAT inclusive prices will show in your shopping basket, the VAT will be deducted from the total when you checkout.
Christmas Deliveries (UK Orders)
In order to receive your order before Christmas, please ensure that you place it before December 19th.
Returns
We always hope that you are happy with the products you buy from Wimble Bees. However, we do know that there are occasions when you wish to return items to us. Our "no quibble" 14 day guarantees means that if, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us, in its original condition, within 14 days and receive a full refund for the item.
We recommend that you get a proof of sending from the Post Office as we cannot reimburse you for items that are lost in transit. This does not affect your statutory rights.
